Commission E Appreciates Additional Self-isolation Centers in Jakarta

Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD)'s Commission E Chairman Iman Satria, appreciated additional controlled self-isolation centers belonging to the Jakarta Provincial Government in the context of handling COVID-19.

According to him, it was much needed by the coronavirus patients in order to anticipate patient spikes and minimize transmission in the family cluster.

Council Appreciates Hoteliers' Intentions to Help Handle COVID-19 Patients

"We really appreciate it, this is very good to anticipate. If there is a surge in patients, we will be ready for treatment," he expressed, Tuesday (9/29).

He added executives would continue to supervise health protocols and efforts to prevent the disease by maximizing the various existing devices related to its handling.

"Input from me, just tighten the supervision and maximize all the devices that have been prepared to deal with the pandemic," he stated.

As for the information, additional self-isolation centers are stipulated in Governor Decree number 979/2020 on Additional Self-isolation Centers belong to the administration in the Context of Handling Coronavirus.

By so, there were three self-isolation centers that could be used, namely Jakarta Islamic Center (JIC), Graha Wisata Taman Mini Indonesia Indah and Graha Wisata Ragunan.
